We research, identify and analyse suitable sites to meet the intended purpose, outlined in our acquisition brief. We deal regularly with Acquisitions, Pre-Commitments, Leasing and Disposals.
To ensure the best result, Zone will also review rental/sales evidence and evaluate competing transactions. We will also structure and manage site disposals, co-ordinate and direct tenders, leasing and sales process.
